This privacy policy applies to the Popularisimo application (or ThePopWeb in English) for mobile devices and also the website with the same names (both hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by Infotracking Online Shopping (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

  Information provided by the User

The Application collects the information that you provide when you download and register it. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, please note that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register. After registering, you may also upload photos, videos, or documents to our servers to share them with other users.

The Service Provider may also use the information you provided to contact you occasionally and provide you with important information, mandatory notices, and marketing promotions.

  Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your unique ID, IP address, operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, and information about how you use the Application.

The Application also needs access to your device's camera or storage if you request it when you want to upload photos, videos, or documents to our servers for other users to view. It also needs access to your device's microphone if you want to send voice messages to other users.

This Application collects your device's location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographic location and uses it in the following ways:

• Geolocation Services: The Service Provider uses location data to offer features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, local campaigns, local news, and location-based services.
• Analysis and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
• Third-Party Services: Periodically, the Service Provider may transmit anonymized location data to third-party services. These services help improve the Application and optimize its offerings. The Service Provider also uses third-party services to validate the appropriateness of user-generated content.

For a better experience when using the Application, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information from you, including, but not limited to, email address, user ID, username, full name, address, age, and date of birth. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to third-party services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service. No third-party widgets are used. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy policy. Media files, such as photos, videos, and documents, may also be transmitted to selected third parties to verify whether the content complies with our policies prohibiting pornographic material, violence, and child abuse.

The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When it believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With its trusted service providers working on its behalf, that they have no independent use of the information we disclose to them and have agreed to comply with the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

All personal data we collect can be easily viewed by the user account holder at any time within the Application or will be specifically mentioned at the time of collection.

You can stop the collection of information from the mobile application by uninstalling it. You can use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application store or network. With respect to the website, by stopping access to it, you will prevent access to new information in the future.

The Service Provider will retain the data provided by the User while using the Application and for a reasonable period after termination of use. The Service Provider will retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months and may subsequently store it in aggregate form. If you would like the Service Provider to delete the data you provided through the Application, please contact us at webmaster@popularisimo.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the data provided by the user may be necessary for the proper functioning of the Application.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, it will immediately delete it from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at webmaster@popularisimo.com so that appropriate measures can be taken.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need it to operate, develop, or improve the Application. Please note that while we strive to ensure reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. The Service Provider also strives to encrypt sensitive user information, but encryption technology is limited to real-time security. This means that security breaches cannot be 100% prevented, but the Service Provider undertakes to remedy them within a reasonable time after they are detected.

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site to keep track of your session information and preferences. The Application does not use cookies, but the third-party services with which it operates may use cookies and have their own usage policies regarding these.

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. We recommend that you check this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes, as your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of all changes.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2025.

By using the Application, you consent to the Service Provider processing your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy and as amended. "Processing" refers to the use or access of information in any way, including, but not limited to, the collection, storage, deletion, use, combination, and disclosure of information.
